How do I sign up for driving lessons?
You can enrol in our driving lessons by filling out the registration form on our website, calling our office, or visiting the nearest driving school.
Can I learn to drive with an automatic transmission?
Yes, our driving school offers training on both automatic and manual transmission vehicles to suit your preference.
What happens if I miss a driving lesson?
Our driving schools utilise a flexible cycle system to maximise convenience for our students. You can begin your training at any time by joining an ongoing cycle. We conduct classes simultaneously in two halls, offering you a choice of schedules to fit your needs.
If you miss a lesson, you can attend it in the next cycle. This approach ensures your training remains uninterrupted and complete, so missing a lesson will not hinder your progress toward obtaining your driver’s license.
Are your driving instructors certified?
Yes, all our driving instructors are certified professionals with extensive teaching experience. They have completed rigorous and intensive training programs, dedicating years to honing their skills and knowledge.
Furthermore, our instructors undergo regular additional training to stay abreast of the latest changes in driving regulations and teaching methodologies. They actively share experiences and knowledge with each other to maintain the highest standards of instruction.
What safety measures are followed during driving lessons?
Safety is our top priority. Our vehicles are equipped with dual controls, allowing instructors to take over if necessary. Additionally, we adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including the disinfection of vehicles between lessons.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Payments can be made at any UCanDrive branch.
Can I get a discount if I refer a friend?
We are currently developing loyalty and referral programs. Once these programs are launched, we will inform you promptly. Please stay tuned for our updates to ensure you do not miss any important announcements.
Do you offer driving lessons in multiple languages?
Yes, our theoretical course is conducted in German. However, to accommodate students from various backgrounds, our app and PC training program supports 19 different languages. With our multilingual support, we are confident that you will successfully complete the course and obtain your driver's license.
