Your Tasks:
- Work alongside your colleagues to create and maintain a welcoming, positive atmosphere in the store.
- Apply a high level of empathy in all customer interactions.
- Act as the primary contact for our customers, managing enquiries in person, over the phone, and digitally.
- Efficiently organise appointments, book courses, and handle exam registrations.
- Collaboratively manage tasks such as negotiating contracts and agreements with customers.
- Actively contribute as part of a team, working together to achieve shared goals.
Your Profile:
- You have some professional experience and/or a strong passion for organisation.
- You are an open-minded individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with varied responsibilities.
- A true team player, you take pleasure in supporting your colleagues and solving challenges together.
- You are familiar with appointment scheduling systems or can quickly learn to use them.
- You appreciate working in a flexible and adaptable environment.
- You possess excellent written and spoken German skills; English proficiency is desirable.
- You have strong PC skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
